Payton Newitz

Payton Newitz began her figure skating journey at just two years old in Long Island, New York. She trained there for seven years, building a strong foundation, before moving to The Ice House in Hackensack, New Jersey. During her time there, she made rapid progress and developed a particular passion for mastering triple jumps. After facing significant challenges, including five fractures and four surgeries, Payton stepped away from the sport and relocated to Nashville, Tennessee. Three years later, her passion for skating led her back to the ice, where she began training under Kori Ade and joined CitySkate. Now fully committed once again, Payton continues to pursue her love for figure skating with the ultimate goal of earning a place on Team USA.
