Mission Statement: To lead by example, encouraging and guiding athletes of all ages to look to challenge themselves. strive to push boundaries, and to create memories, experiences, and life skills that will last a lifetime.

Antonio Monaco has been skating for over 15 years. Born and raised in High Bridge, New Jersey, he relocated to Nashville, Tennessee to join the SHARP4Sports program. Within a year, Antonio was crowned Novice National Silver Medalist and qualified to represent Team USA on the international stage. Antonio is still competing at the Senior level nationally and internationally, with a career goal of qualifying for the U.S. World Team. He is currently jumping triple and quad jumps. Antonio is inspired to share what he has learned thus far with the next generation. He hopes to lead by example and show the next generation anything is possible with hard work, determination, and perseverance.

Antonio also has worked with the Special Olympics program to give children with disabilities a way to connect with the sport and find enjoyment being on the ice. He looks to create an environment where all who share a love for the ice can come together and grow as a community
