Ella brings more than 13 years of coaching experience and is passionate about helping skaters build confidence, strong technique, and a lifelong love of the sport. From beginners through senior athletes and adults, Ella works with athletes of all ages and ability levels. Her students have competed at the Excel National Final, the State Games of America, and the National Qualifying Series.

Ella believes every skater learns differently and strives to create a positive, encouraging environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and excited to grow. She continually develops her coaching through U.S. Figure Skating's Accelerated Mentorship Program, national coaching seminars, and mentorship from respected coaches across the United States and Canada.

Outside the rink, Ella is a UX Designer, where she designs websites and applications with a focus on making complex experiences intuitive and accessible—a mindset she brings to every lesson on the ice.

She has achieved the highest level of testing in Moves in the Field, Freestyle, Ice Dance, and Solo Free Dance, and her competitive experience spans freestyle and synchronized skating at the regional, sectional, and national levels. Whether a skater is taking their first steps on the ice or pursuing competitive goals, Ella is dedicated to helping each athlete reach their fullest potential.
